The right raw materials, a well-developed recipe and careful manufacturing lay the foundation for the flavor, strength and quality of the finished Pouch. Once the recipe and Snus sample have been approved, the product is ready for production as white Snus with nicotine, nicotine-free Snus or functional Pouches according to the approved recipe and specifications.

Consistent and safe Snus production requires control over both the production environment and equipment. We therefore follow clear procedures for hygiene, cleaning and raw material handling throughout the manufacturing process.
The production environment and equipment are regularly monitored. From preparing the contents to filling the Pouches, the goal is to maintain the same conditions for every production run.
Quality Control in Snus Production
Quality is not created in a single step. Checks are carried out throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials, weight, filling and finished Pouches.
Once production is complete, final checks are carried out before the Pouches are filled into cans. Only then is the product ready for packaging and the next step in the process.
Snus Logistics
Once production is complete, the finished cans are packed into rolls and then onto pallets. From there, the Snus and Pouches are transported and delivered to your warehouse.

Raw Materials & Ingredients

Filling Slim Pouches
The prepared contents are filled into slim Pouches, which are formed and sealed on the production line. Weight and filling are monitored during production to ensure the Pouches meet the correct specifications.
Quality Control Before Packaging
Once the Pouches are finished, they are checked before being filled into cans. The cans are then sealed and move on to packaging in rolls and preparation for delivery.
